Working at Knock AI
Knock AI is reinventing how B2B companies build relationships with buyers in the AI internet.
The way people buy has changed. Intent now happens across AI, messaging, ads, events, content and social, and momentum disappears fast. But most GTM systems are still built around capturing a lead on a website and following up later.
Knock gives companies a new way to operate. They can become accessible to buyers from anywhere and use AI to build relationships across channels and languages, turning moments of interest into revenue.
In just two years, Knock has become strategic infrastructure for enterprise marketing and revenue teams, driving meaningful revenue impact and replacing multiple parts of the traditional marketing and sales stack.
But the shift is only beginning.
This is not another GTM tool. It is a new marketing and sales model, with new playbooks, new ways to engage buyers, and a fundamentally different way to think about growth.
The Role
We’re looking for an exceptional Product Marketing Manager to own how the market understands Knock.
You will lead market education around a new model for B2B growth. After 15 years of lead capture, forms, and follow-up, buyer behavior is changing. Knock is building the new model for converting B2B demand in the AI era. Enterprise marketing teams need a new way to operate, and you will create the frameworks, education, and playbooks that define what comes next.
You will not just explain Knock AI. You will shape how modern B2B marketing organizations operate, convert demand, and measure success.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You have marketed an innovative B2B platform to enterprise customers before.
- You know how to take a complex product with many use cases and turn it into a simple, powerful story.
- You have experience educating a market about something genuinely new, not just competing inside an established category.
- You are an exceptional writer and storyteller who can personally create the deck, report, webinar, video script, playbook or launch.
- You understand enterprise marketing and how CMOs and revenue leaders evaluate new platforms.
- You are comfortable moving from strategy to execution without needing a team around you.
- You are deeply curious and passionate about how AI is changing B2B buying and marketing.
Most importantly, you are a builder.
You don't just define the story. You make the market understand it
